Ganesh Chaturthi and teachers’ day together is a reminder why teachers are referred as Gurus and who better than lord Ganesha, the God of intellect and wisdom portrays this significantly by his teachings. Ganeshji teaches us to live humbly, respecting everyone.
That’s how we should celebrate. Small or big, rich or poor should not be any criteria for any celebration.
We tried yet another attempt to implement this and celebrated teachers’ day and Ganesh Chaturthi together in PND park.
We celebrated by doing various craft activities.
I thank Seema Kandhari for taking out precious time and coming to help us in preparing everything and narrating Ganesha stories to kids. Kids love stories and you can tell that when their usual non-stop chatters, temporarily pause.
We must try to follow His morals — duty is above all, we must obey our parents as nobody is above our parents, you should finish any task you take up and always stand up for your self-respect.
We bow ourselves to Ganesha – the lord of new beginnings and remover of obstacles. May lord Ganesha bring happiness, prosperity and success in everyone’s life.
