The sun shone bright in the sky as the members of AVNI, the ladies club, gathered for their Annual Gala Lunch. The ladies, dressed in their finest attire, made their way to the grand venue of a luxurious hotel where the event was being held. Excitement filled the air as they anticipated a day of good food, great company and inspiring speeches.
The lunch room was beautifully decorated with flower arrangements and ornate table settings. The tables were adorned with sparkling cutlery that added a touch of elegance to the ambiance.
The lunch menu was carefully curated to cater to a variety of dietary requirements and preferences. There were vegetarian options, gluten-free options and even a few exotic dishes for the adventurous eaters.
After a round of starters, the president of the club took the stage to give a speech. She spoke about the importance of women supporting and empowering each other, and how the club had been instrumental in helping its members achieve their goals. She thanked the ladies for their contributions and encouraged them to continue to strive for excellence in their personal and professional lives.
Next, Mrs Damini spoke extensively on how our club AVNI was able to achieve many societal useful productive works over a period of 9 years since its establishment on 04 November 2014.
Another member, Nirmal Tandon, spoke about the Valentine’s month and the importance of love in general.
Some of the club’s achievements are: Say no to plastic; Waste management and Composting on society level; Tree plantation; Working with NGOs like Protsahan, Desire society and Sunshine society; Creating an awareness on ’No wrong-side driving’.
The ladies listened in rapt attention, inspired by her words and determination.
The speeches were followed by many games conducted by Sujata Tripathi where lucky winners walked away with exciting prizes. The excitement in the room was palpable as the winners were announced, and the ladies congratulated each other on their good fortune.
As the event came to a close, the ladies exchanged phone numbers and promised to keep in touch. They left the ballroom feeling invigorated and inspired, ready to take on the world and make a difference in their own unique ways.
The gala lunch of the AVNI ladies club brought together like-minded women to celebrate their achievements and inspire each other to greater heights. Vote of thanks concluded the day.
