Coolie Camp: Again I have to bring to your notice the coolie camp. This JJ cluster is becoming dirtier every day. It was dirty before but it is worst now. The shops used to be inside the wall and the window of the jhuggies but now they have opened up and shops have come up right on to the pavement. The kabariwalla has his kabara on the side walk. The carts full of vegetables are on the street. The butchers are cutting and goats and chickens and these are being sold openly in coolie camp. The whole place looks to be in shambles. Can the authorities not keep the place clean, keep all the garbage inside the four walls of the cluster. This place is the entry point to Vasant Vihar, can we not have a cleaner place.
Gift Deed to Our Children: I am giving reference to all my friends. I did a gift deed and gave two flats to my daughter in Goa. I did this with love and affection. I did it because I loved my daughter. I did this in 2013.
But over the years I found that my daughter did not really love me, nor did she care for me, nor did she support me financially nor did she care for me emotionally. I was upset. She did not see me for 14 years since I did the gift deed to her. Now I decided to cancel the gift deed which is permitted by law. The Supreme Court gives me the option to cancel the gift deed and take back my properties.
I decided to take advantage of this law and went to court to get the gift deed cancelled. My daughter has decided to fight me in this and past 20 months I am still fighting this case.
I want to tell all my senior friends not to be stupid like me and give away your properties to your children during your life time. You can do the gifting after you are dead through a will. This is very important. Mine has not been an easy case and I am still fighting it.
3) A New Shop for Zerox, Photocopy etc has come up outside our main gate of Hill View. I have kept our road free of these vendors but of late one shop has come up in between the 2 existing shops outside our gate.
Also, a fruitwalla was allowed to put a cart of fruits outside our gate. This cart has become a full-blown shop taking three times the original space. He is also selling green coconuts for narial water. The garbage is thrown into the bio-diversity park which is right behind where this shop is.
4)The taxi stand is a bone of contention for us. We had got rid of the old taxi stand that was standing on Ribu Sexana Marg, but about a year back a new taxi stand called ‘general taxi stand’ has come up in the same place as the old one.
These people do not have any ‘Tai Bazari’ permission for putting their taxi stand on this road. The strength of the fleet is much bigger than before. We have complained to the police and the traffic police but of no use. These people have Gurgaon number plates. What are their taxis doing here. Can anyone take note?
