Cherishing The Moments: Observing the Magic of Young Parents & Their Little Ones!
There are very few things in life more heartwarming than watching your kids and grandkids playing and having fun, memories that you will cherish for the rest of your life!
One of the best places to enjoy this joyous feeling is at our very own Club 15A in the rear lawn. The newly-renovated play area, with swings and rides for all ages, in vibrant, welcoming and safe environs with an array of amenities and activities, makes it a perfect place for your little ones to run around and explore while you watch proudly. The excitement and wonder in their eyes, hugging each other, calling out hi and bye always put a smile on my face. This shared time every evening is creating an unbreakable bond between the children and their young mothers and it is indeed heartwarming to watch the next generation creating their own memories and experiences. And as grandparents we can take pride in the fact that we have raised wonderful children who are nurturing and raising beautiful children that bring back memories of their own childhood!
This has been made possible through the vision of some residents who are proud grandparents now, and our past Club Secretary Sanjeev Sareen who visualized and executed the concept of well-planned play areas. In his previous term, Sanjeev in discussion with the CMC, did away with the hosting of private parties in the rear lawns so that our young ones do not lose out on playing outdoors for 4 days each time (a day or two for the party prep, the day of actual event and the following day to clear up the place).
Samvada spoke to some young mothers and fathers to share their feelings and this is what they had to say:
Every evening, Ira & I really look forward to going to the Club play area. While my daughter enjoys playing fun games with her friends, I catch up with my friends over a cup of coffee and some gup-shup, says Ria Goil (H.no.75).
The newly-renovated play area looks beautiful, it’s absolutely safe to let our children explore the space independently! My 22 month-old daughter Dia eagerly awaits her evening outdoor time here, says Sanjoli Jain (H.no.301).
The newly-installed toddler area at the Club has been most welcome. It has brought more energy, joy and laughter into our lives! Our kids enjoy their time here and we parents get to meet our friends and a sense of community is developing with each passing day. Initiatives like these make members feel truly included and proud of our Club 15A, commented Dr Mansi Jain (H.no.40).
