A Personality Development Workshop was organized for children of Kailash- Greater Kailash-1 and adjoining areas by Arya Samaj, Kailash —Greater Kailash -1 Free of charge, on Sunday, April, 30, 2023 at Arya Samaj premises.
The workshop was attended by 12 participants (boys and girls) in the age range of 15 to 25 and studying in school or college for two hours.
Rajinder Kumar Verma, Secretary Arya Samaj welcomed the participants and thanked them for sparing their time for the workshop.
The workshop was conducted by an eminent Behavioral Trainer and covered Self-Assessment, Managing Self, Managing Career and Managing Relationships. Participants were made to understand the importance of time and self-discipline for success in life, they were trained to identify time wasters and how to avoid them.
Participant queries related to career strategy were discussed and need for focus, single mindedness and consistent effort was appreciated.
Participants also learnt about importance of health, team work, friends and good interpersonal relations in life.
This was first of the workshops Arya Samaj Greater Kailash-1 plans to organize free of cost for youth in the age range of 15-25 every month.
