The Anand Lok Residents Association (ARA), in collaboration with the Anant Ehsaas Foundation, successfully organized a Mega Medical Check-Up Camp on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at the Dharam Vira Community Centre (DVCC).
Anant-Ehsaas Foundation(AEF) is a charitable organisation formed in August 2019 under the chairmanship of Mr. Sunil Kumar Yadav. Committed to the principle of “Ehsaas” or empathy, the foundation focuses on initiatives related to mental health, women empowerment, helping the environment, and community service by helping the poor and needy. The Free Medical camp was a grand initiative aimed at benefiting all residents, domestic helps, drivers, guards, part-timers, and construction laborers of Anand Lok. The camp ran from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and offered a variety of essential health check-ups, including BP/Sugar Testing and ECG (courtesy of MAX Hospital), Mammography Tests (provided by the Rotary Foundation), and Complete Blood Count (CBC) along with LFT/KFT/LPT Tests (courtesy of Mahajan Imaging). Additionally, there were Dental and Eye Check-Ups, ensuring comprehensive health screenings for everyone who participated.
The event witnessed an overwhelming response, with numerous residents and support staff availing themselves of the medical facilities and prioritizing their health.
Following the camp, the community came together to celebrate the Foundation Day of the Anant Ehsaas Foundation, marking the completion of five impactful years of community service. The celebration, held from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, was a joyous occasion, attended by residents who came together to honor the foundation’s efforts and achievements over the years.
The event not only underscored the importance of health and well-being but also highlighted the community’s collective spirit and commitment to supporting each other.
