On the occasion of World Heart Day, a free medical check-up camp was organised at Club-26 on October 1, 2023, by Lions Club Shiva in association with Apollo Hospital Noida. Leading Cardiologist Dr Niranjan Hiremath saw many patients, and an on-the-spot ECG was done on those waiting at the Club Physiotherapy Room. Some 75 people came to the Shivalik Hall for the general medical check-up, which consisted of testing of BP, random blood sugar, height, weight, and bone densitometry. This was followed by a consultation with a doctor and a dietician for further tests and lifestyle changes needed.
