The bulk of India’s population lacks the infrastructure necessary to properly identify and treat a wide range of illnesses and conditions. The earlier detection of disease may lead to more cures or longer survival.
Lyness club Ojaswini organized free health check-up camp in association with Artemis Hospital at Community Centre DLF Phase 2 on the 17th of September, 2022 to have periodic screening examinations for detecting specific chronic diseases, for example, cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
A wide range of conditions was examined, including diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, bone and joint issues, kidney problems, ENT problems, stomach and intestinal problems, thyroid problems, general health problems, dental issues, and conditions specific to women, children, and the elderly.
One of our residents, Suman Kashyap was also felicitated for her contribution to organizing and managing the camp and playing an active role in the societal upliftment.
