Lately, it is noticed that people not belonging to the society, are found roaming in the lanes of the C block. Some imposters in the garb of saffron, are seen loitering, col-lecting information about certain properties, in the pretext of asking for alms. Their identity is unknown, definitely they don’t seem mendicants either.
Many thefts are reported after their departure, of inverter batteries, cycles, two-wheelers and a lot more. Earlier these people got an entry in C 200 lane, hypnotized the housewife, and asked her to take all her ornaments off, their tenants’ entry aborted the crime that had still not taken place.
Another resident recalled an old incident when they took out a snake to frighten the children; who were playing in the vicinity. Police get intimated every time they are spotted but to no avail, as they come again…
