Central Arcade has become a hub of food outlets, reflecting various cuisines and offering a vibrant variety on the menus. Along with the numerous outlets and vast variety, there are numerous issues.
As residents of DLF Phase 2 and customers of the market, it is important for us to be aware of these issues. Many of these outlets have compromised hygiene as their packaging, plating, and preparation happen outdoors in the open, and at times the dogs are being fed by them even as they chop, cook, and prepare the food. At times, the dogs in the market roam around near the preparation areas of these outlets; at other times, the drainage and sewage are open and are being cleaned many times right in front of where these outlets are.
All of these factors must be considered when ordering from these establishments, as they can lead to a compromise in not only basic hygiene but also affect the health of the customers.
People should check for basic hygiene when ordering food or going to a place to eat. The food we eat and where it comes from are important parts of our daily lives.
