Last month when Delhi had very heavy rains, one of the buildings under construction in Vasant Vihar collapsed. The mud that was piled up on the side of the basement caved in. The mud was so much that it buried five persons of a labourers’ family including three children. This is sad as the contractor who is getting the work done should ensure that safety precautions are kept in place. Very sad indeed.
