A major fire broke out on the roof of D-288, injuring two AC technicians. The fire took place while the technicians were servicing the VRV AC situated on the roof, and while filling the gas, there was a big blast that could be heard all around, causing burn injuries. They were immediately rushed by the resident to the hospital for first aid. A word of caution: While getting your AC serviced/gas filling, please tell your service guy to be extremely careful, as the gas R-148 used in the AC is very inflammable and can light up with a small guard. Lastly, I am grateful to our neighbours, our SHO Sunjay Sharma, who personally took charge, and Sandeep Baisoya, who was also personally present. Also to Varun Anand, who called the fire brigade, and lastly to our security chairman, Col. Mehta, and RWA guards, who were the first ones to reach and managed the traffic to let the fire brigade reach the spot.
