The Grand Omaxe complex is all festive with illuminated trees and the entrance. After hot summer and the rainy monsoon months, the month of October is looked forward to for the change in the weather and the mood. With this change are also associated the various festivals that fall in this month.
Beginning with Navratra, the nine-days celebration with community activities culminates with Dusshera evening. The full moon day of Sharadh Purnima, the brightest moon of the year, has tradition attached to it. Four days later to the full moon Karva Chauth, the day for the married couples, is celebrated. Soon, the Diwali days approach.
All occasions make up the liveliest month of the year.
In the Grand Omaxe complex, all non-working pole lights have been replaced/repaired and fused bulbs in all the towers also been changed to new ones.
The staff, especially the electricians, was busy to get the colourful string of lights decorate the trees.
The upbeat atmosphere of joy and happiness has spread all over. The families have started decorating their homes and the illuminated balconies are going Jugmug.
Happy Diwali to All!!
