The Festival of Janma-shtami, the birthday of Kanha ji was celebrated with full enthusiasm and festive fervor at Trinity Towers Club House. The residents planned a bhajan Sandhya where all the Trinity Residents were invited to come dressed in ethnic wear and bring the little ones dressed as Kanha.
The Club House was decorated with Marigold flower garlandsand Laddu Gopal ji’s cradle was also decorated with flowers, lights and colourful clothes.
The program started with Guru Vandana and Kathak of two, 5-year-old kids both named Ruhani followed by Kathak by Anaisha, Krishna Bhajan by Atarva and Manvika and a Dance performance of a few more kids and enactment of Krishna by Little Ahaan.
Followed by the kids’ program was the Bhajan program performed by Trinity’s performers. Rajan Misra, Shailendra, Anu Bhatnagar, Avantika, Priyanka, Mrs Tripathi, Swadesh Chadha, OP Dua and Premlata ji won the hearts of the Bhaktjan along with Kanha ji with their soul-touching Bhajan’s.
The program came to an end with a joint Aarti conducted by all Trinitians who joined for the function followed by Prasad Vitran which has Charnamrut, Mathura Peda & Dhaniya Panjeeri.
Overall, a very well-organized and attended program to celebrate the Krishna Janmashtami at Trinity Towers.
