Re-carpeting, Desealing of Club, the laying of Stormwater Pipelines to name a few
On the 14th of December 2024, the Haryana Cabinet Minister Rao Narbir held a Problem Solution Camp in Malibu at the behest of Malibu Federation. The event was held at BSNL Park and was well attended by residents from Towers, Plots and Personal Floors. The Federation was represented by Niranjan Yadav along with other key members.
Following were the issues that were put forth for immediate attention by the authorities:
1. The revision of the layout plan of township that shall facilitate the infra upgrade that includes creating a designated space for Electrical Substation and Solid Waste Management Site.
2. Desealing of the Malibu Country Club that has been locked up since last 4 years leaving the residents without a community space for socializing or holding functions or prayer-meetings.
3. Re-carpeting of internal roads across township as the damaged roads have only been partially repaired by the builder since they were laid more than 25 years ago.
4. Request for expediting the approval for gas pipeline in the colony. We have been in queue since last 4 years.
5. Getting executed the laying of Stormwater Pipelines throughout the township that will guide the rainwater flowing into the township towards recharging a pond behind Uniworld Gardens-II helping mitigate the waterlogging in the colony.
Request for expediting many more projects that are already underway such as laying of treated STP water pipelines and connecting them with parks, cleaning of main sewer and stormwater drain lines etc. A request fo 70 manhole covers and 100 GT covers was also submitted.
Few of our requests such as desealing of Club have already been met with. We are hopeful of Minister meeting our other expectations also.
