F-block Sector 50 Club ‘A Reality’!

A long wait of 12 years, numerous meetings with Noida Authority, a lot of personal interest and efforts by Dr D Sharma, President, with whole-hearted supported by all the members of associated RWAs of F Block-Sector 50, has finally resulted in fulfilling the dream of about 15000 residents – of getting the facility of state-of-art Club in their locality adjacent to Meghdutam Park. The Club, a beautiful and imposing architectural two-storey fully air-conditioned building with the below-mentioned facilities is going to be completed soon.

Ground Floor
1. Marriage Reception Hall of about 300 people capacity, with a stage and two properly furnished independent rooms for bride and bridegroom.

2. A Kitchen to cater to the marriage party guests and independently operational tandoor outside the hall and a well-maintained lawn for the outdoor party.
3. Reception area for attending to the incoming visitors/guests.
4. Washroom, for gents and ladies, and Manager/Administrators room.
5. Staircase leading to first floor and a Lift to facilitate seniors is installed.
6. Air-conditioned Badminton Hall with independent three courts
    First Floor
   1. One big room, for meetings and lectures, and other room for kitty party, carom and other activities for ladies.
7. Open area for playing billiard and table tennis and gymnastics area.
8. Bar room with open restaurant and barbeque area, and an office room.
   In addition, the following jobs are completed: 1. All electrical fixtures like lights, fans, etc. and false roofing all over are complete. 2. Sewerage and water connection nearly complete. 3. Repair/replacement of doors and glass windows paneling done. 4. Painting and polishing in process. 5. Parking area outside the gate, on road, is in process.
   Work to be done: 1. Curtains, Office computers, TV sets, Public Address System, etc. are to be procured. 2. Outsourcing of Kitchen, Sports facilities and Gym 3. Licenses for Food, Bar and Fire-fighting is to be procured.
   The vacant land, adjacent to the Club, is marked for Lawn Tennis, Basketball, Cricket net practice area and Swimming Pool; this will be taken up in the second stage. A detailed meeting with NA officials for outsourcing indoor and outdoor sports activities, running of Bar and Restaurant, and modalities for enrolling members and the Registration Fee is to be decided.
    As it stands the Functioning of the Club may start in about 4/5 months.
    Another good news to be shared with the residents of F Block is that with the efforts of Dr Sharma, the NA has taken over the renovation of the HUT-2 in Meghdutam Park, adjacent to Antriksh Apptts, for redoing and extending the floor area, fitting of lights, fans, electric sockets for public address system, extending roofing and fencing all around with an entrance gate. Outside area will be developed and beautified to provide serene environment for meetings of all the Associated Social groups, including Senior Citizens, Ladies and others.
