Exercising for a Happy Healthy Life!

he life style pattern has undergone a great change over the years. Recently, the Covid time, has made everyone realize that good health and immunity is the key for overall happiness. The

sprawling park inside the Grand Omaxe complex becomes active and energetic during the summer months.

People these days have access to facilities for doing exercises and workouts under the guidance of the experts. On the other hand, the passion and proficiency of the people who train themselves and work hard to develop and reach the level to guide others now have takers keen to do workout under their professional guidance.

The frenzy for fitness routine starts soon after the winter time gets over. Early morning is the best time. A look around the park, there are groups doing yoga and workouts in groups or solo.

The peak is reached starting mid-June when the talk of the International Yoga Day starts. On 21 June each group performed according to their convenience. Some followed the celebration Live on TV at home and joined with a few aasans.

A group was seen doing collective Yoga postures indoors, in the recreation hall.

Each to their own; however it is heartening to see and feel the energies that flow, which can always be motivating for each other.
