The Rain God, though late, has blessed Noida profusely this year. However, He never realized that what we asked for and got in abundance turned to be a bane for all.
Water flowing inside houses and basements, flooding the roads, seeping the walls, etc. It has affected the infrastructure; rather, exposed the faulty ways the drainage system and the roads are made, and repaired.
The roads surrounding the Grand Omaxe society in Sector 93B and further down have become increasingly hazardous due to numerous potholes that have formed after the recent rains.
These potholes, some of which are deep and wide, pose a significant risk to drivers and vehicles, especially during nighttime when visibility is poor.
Nights are a nightmare, since the lack of proper street lighting exacerbates the situation making it difficult for drivers to spot and avoid these dangerous depressions in the road. Vehicles are at risk of sustaining damage and there is a heightened danger of accidents, which could result in injuries to drivers.
The current state of the roads demands immediate attention and repair to prevent further deterioration and ensure the safety of residents and commuters in the area.
