On Sunday, 27 October, the Espacia community came alive with vibrant Diwali celebrations that brought families and friends together for a truly memorable evening.
The event was filled with the warmth and excitement of the season, featuring food stalls by some of our residents, shopping booths, music & DJ, and fun games and activities for all ages. The theme of this Diwali Mela was to give a platform to our community entrepreneurs.
Food lovers were in for a treat, with stalls serving a range of flavorful dishes. Suprabha of Tower 32 had a stall of ‘Mini Food Bites’ while Radha Premrajan had put up her stall ‘Malabar Kitchen’. The rich aromas filled the air, making it hard for anyone to resist indulging in the festive fare.
Shoppers enjoyed browsing through beautiful pieces, selecting items for themselves, or finding the perfect Diwali gifts for their loved ones. There was an interesting stall by Rajeshwari of Tower 38, who had a range of hand-made soaps. Parul Agarwal had also put up a stall with organic farm products.
As the evening fell, the energy rose with music by the DJ. For children, the event was just as delightful, with swings and rides adding to the festive fun. The Diwali festivities at Espacia truly embodied the spirit of the season, bringing light, laughter, and a sense of community to everyone who attended.
