Our society is pleased to announce the appointment of Prudential Systems Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as our new fire safety agency, replacing NPS Solutions. Prudential Systems Technologies Pvt.
Ltd. is a leading provider of top-notch fire safety solutions that meet stringent international standards.
Their expertise caters to a wide range of needs, ensuring comprehensive fire safety coverage for our community.
The decision to change agencies was due to NPS Solutions’ technical incompetence to maintain the system and uncooperative behaviour. Despite repeated requests, they refused to share crucial fire safety data for each apartment, which was uploaded in the fire panels.
These panels, belonging to the renowned ‘Edwards’ brand, had an outdated software that had not been updated since 2019. The fire panels had over 1400 errors at the time of takeover.
NPS Solutions failed to update the software or resolve the errors, despite our persistent follow-ups.
In contrast, Prudential Systems Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an authorized vendor of Edwards Fire Safety, ensuring seamless integration and support. We are confident that this partnership will enhance our society’s fire safety standards, providing a safer living environment for all residents.
