The Noida Authority recently conducted a demolition drive in sector 75 against all encroachments and unauthorised constructions that were done by various builders after deviating from the original and approved layout plan. As a part of this demolition drive around 10 shops were demolished in Aims Gardenia society. These shops were not a part of the approved layout and were added by the builder at a later stage. The AOA of the society had been complaining to the Noida Authority regarding this encroachment for a long time. Based on the complaints of the AOA the Noida Authority had conducted a survey and issued notices to the shops to vacate and another notice to the builder to remove the encroachment, but none of the notices were complied with. As a result the team from Noida Authority visited the site again and forcefully demolished all the unauthorised construction and encroachment.
