Rajeev Sinha (D-39), a passionate environmentalist and BITS alumnus, holds an MBA from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. His career includes roles at PwC, IBM, and NTTD, specialising in supply chain transformations. As a Senior Director, he led SAP projects in India and the USA before co-founding the fashion brand, Vanca which gained prominence on Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong, and Amazon. He collaborates closely with his wife, Anju Sinha, a fashion designer who runs a fashion-buying house in the European market. He has also launched OnlyGood, an AI platform offering comprehensive sustainability solutions.
He has been a dedicated resident of Suncity, Gurgaon since the year 2003, actively engaging in community and environmental initiatives. He lives in D block and finds the township to be a vibrant and supportive family.
His expertise includes carbon footprint accounting, goal setting, compliance, and carbon credit management. He helps companies enhance their environmental impact and achieve sustainability goals. His two successful NGOs, Reset Planet, focuses on plantation and water restoration and Shiksha Prayas, provides free coaching to underprivileged children. He has participated in various efforts such as waste collection drives, cleanliness campaigns, and water conservation projects. He values the greenery, nature and birdlife in Suncity, and has been a pioneer in promoting sustainability within the community. His commitment to enhancing the living environment has significantly improved the quality of life for the township residents.
Rajeev co-founded OnlyGood, an AI-driven platform that offers comprehensive sustainability solutions to businesses. Launched in the year 2022 after a few years of product development, the brand quickly gained traction and now possesses over 170 installations. The platform has earned prestigious accolades, including the Best Sustainable Innovation Brand 2023 from Maruti Suzuki and Best Innovation Product from DICV (Daimler Trucks – Mercedes). Additionally, OnlyGood received incubation support and investment from IIT MIC, which provided a 5-seater office for the team.
He also founded Vanca, a successful e-commerce fashion brand dedicated to creating inspired styles that resonate with individual personas while minimising environmental impact. The designs harmonise with one’s inner self, bringing out the true essence with grace, and promoting ethical wear practices.
In his free time, Rajeev pursues activities that reflect his love for nature and commitment to community service. He finds peace and fulfilment in gardening and maintaining the greenery around his home. He actively participates in environmental activities like plantation drives and water restoration projects through this NGO, Restore Planet. Additionally, he dedicates time to Shiksha Prayas, his NGO that offers free tuition to underprivileged children. These hobbies underscore his dedication to giving back to the community and preserving the environment.
