The electricity situation has improved a lot with lesser breakdowns. A few residents came forward to help the BOM members in reaching out to higher authorities. This coordinated effort has led to stable electricity supply.
Incorrect car parking by other residents & visitors has been a problematic area for all residents. BOM came up with comprehensive parking rules, fines. Due to the change in CAQM guidelines, DG Fuel Mix conversion will now be implemented for all DG sets. The RECD retro – fitment of four DG sets having capacity 800KVA or below is now being cancelled, as the same is not a statutory requirement any longer.
The water quality is a cause of concern for every resident. BOM is working with the authority to get better quality water. It is also exploring options to start the existing water softener plant.
As the existing STP does not fulfil the requirement for the entire AOH, BOM is working with multiple vendors to get an additional STP plant. The details would be presented in the GBM.
The work on the new Gazebo is about to complete. We are all set for the winters with a new Gazebo in place.
BOM is actively working with the Noida Authority Horticulture Department to keep Janpath green and healthy.
Lastly, the Cultural Committee is working hard towards having a fabulous Garba Night (Saturday, 21 October) and Deep Utsav (Saturday – Sunday, 4 – 5 November).
BOM wishes you a joyous festival season!
