The election process of Malibu Towne RWA (Floors) at Sec-47 is finally complete with the formal approval received from the District Registrar, Societies & Firms, Gurugram- Ms. Belina Rana.
An Observer Shri. Colonel Sant Pal (Retired) was first appointed to verify the RWA Members’ voter’s list as per the orders of Registrar General, Societies, Haryana, Chandigarh. Subsequently, the election was conducted smoothly by the Administrator Shri. Daljit Singh (Retired Superintending Engineer, DHBVN) who was appointed by the District Registrar and the results of them being elected unopposed were announced on 09th June’2024.
Mr. Vijay Shiv Nath was elected as the President for the 2nd Term.
Mrs Manita Jain has been elected as the Vice President.
Mrs Gina Krishnan was again elected as the Secretary for the 2nd Term.
Mrs Laxmi Sharma has been elected as the Joint Secretary.
And Dr Rakesh Ranjan has been given the position of Treasurer for the new term.
Mr. Vijay Shiv Nath is also the Secretary of the Malibu RWA’s Federation. Various working committees will be put in place very soon.
Important ones being Horticulture Committee headed by Mrs Rolly Jain, the Power Back Up Committee headed by Mr Amit Katyal, Mr Rajiv Khanna, Mr Rahul Aggarwal, Mr Raman Grover etc.
Most of the team members including the President have contributed immensely to the welfare of the township during the Covid time and subsequently after MCG’s takeover of the township in June 2022. All the committee members played a vital role in putting all the systems in place for running the township matters.
Residents of the township have immense faith and confidence in the team which resulted in no opposition party for the elections.
