On 14.11.2022 evening, on the occasion of Children’s Day, we elders met, to bring out the child in each one of us, after a gap of almost three years, to celebrate life. The program was organized by Youngistan Club, curated and presented by our Har-dil-Azeez, Rajiv Chopra urf Romi.
The fun-filled evening started with a recitation of a poem by Kamlesh Gupta (2202), as per our ijEijk ie tradition. The occasion was electrified by a stunning dance performance by Lata Mehta, a resident of Omaxe Forest Spa. The audience was entertained/ enthralled continuously for two hours, by our in-house talent pool of poets and singers. The highlight was of course the singing by our AOA president Alok Sahdev (5161), Sur Samrat of AOH. The peppy number ^ns[kks ns[kks ns[kks—* from the Bollywood film ‘An Evening in Paris’ brought every tok¡ fny of 55 years+ to the dance floor for continuous entertainment, while others started enjoying the piping hot sumptuous dinner.
The audience was greeted by serving hot pakoras, with tea/ coffee before the start of the program. The Dinner menu was a spread of South Indian delicacies, with a live counter of Dosa/Uttapam. Everyone enjoyed the food.
