Regency Park 2 lawns are a popular meeting point for all residents. It serves as a playground for little kids to a socializing area for the young and old. Residents are seen enjoying the fresh air in the lawns right from early morning hours to late in the evening.
With the temperature rising, the RWA team planned on setting up new pedestal fans on the lawns. In addition, they also purchased and installed new Eco-friendly benches for the comfort of the residents.
The new benches that have been bought are made of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) which is not only eco-friendly as it is made of recycled material but also very long-lasting. This material does not get damaged easily due to rain or sun. The old benches are being refurbished and re-painted to be set up in lift lobbies. A small get-together was organized to inaugurate the new furniture on the lawns. Celebrations of these little and thoughtful changes go a long way in bringing the community together.
