The auspicious month of Kartik ends the 4 month Chaumasa with Dev Ekadashi which signifies the beginning of shubh muharat period.
The residents of Apex Athena utilised this spiritual opportunity for early morning prabhat pheri from Ekadashi to Poornima. Starting at 5.30 a.m. early morning from the mandir the residents took a round of the society singing bhajans and kirtans. The pheri concluded at mandir again with morning prayers and distribution of prasad arranged by the residents among the participants and workers in the society. Waking up early each morning and going out was a great way for a happy emotional well being and everyone appreciated the 5 day gesture. Completing on the Poornima – which coincidences with guru parv- the celebration ended with prayers and ardas to the revered Guru.
