The Aector’s drain outside Sagar Presidency has been causing a lot of trouble for residents. Either they are choked with garbage or the muck is left alongside after the drains are silted by the Authority. The drain should have covers to prevent mosquitoes from breeding and stench being emitted. The covers also prevent garbage from falling in and clogging them.
