The smelly drains in H-Block have been a constant source of problem for the residents in E Block. The stench and problem is exacerbated when it rains. “The drains overflowed when it rained this month. It was terrible as the muck came out on to the roads. Even if the drains outside their homes are cleaned by the residents, the purpose isn’t served as only a small patch of drain is cleaned while the rest remains blocked. The problem can only be solved by cleaning up the entire drainage system of the Sector.
