There are plenty of auto rickshaws parked in the back lanes of the M block market. Vendors selling eatables of all types have made it a mini market of sorts. The autorickshaw drivers frequent these vendors and the nexus has become quite unsavory. We need to remember that all essential service pipes like water, gas and sewage run underneath these backlanes like the rest of the colony. Just because they are behind the market does not make them any different. They cannot be used as mini roads, they need to be kept free of all kinds of encroachments incase of an emergency.
