Dear Residents, I take this opportunity to put across to you all a very sensitive issue, which a few residents ignore and don’t abide by at all. There was a massive fire in the basement of D block on 07 Nov 2022, the entry to the service lane was blocked on both ends by vehicle parking and a labourers’ hut, there by hindering the movement of the emergency vehicles. We need to appreciate that an emergency can arise at any time, therefore let’s respect the law and keep the rear lanes free from encroachments to enable free flow and movement of the Emergency Vehicles and the water tankers. Builders encroaching the back service lane and the residents parking cars on the entry to the service lane should desist from blocking the service lanes. It can be disastrous.
