Purushottam maas celebrated with Deepdaan and Hanuman Chalisa

Purushottam Maas or Adhik Maas was auspicious this year as it fell in the month of Shravan. People across DLF Phase 2 celebrated it with the recitation of Hanuman Chalisa at N block Gauri Shankar Mandir. It was held on 1st August followed by Deepdaan in the name of Lord Jagannath Ji. The handmade ‘deepak’ made of the mud brought from Vrindavan. The programme was joined by many residents. Another Deepdaan held in Q block Park on 9th August at 8:00 pm.
Mr Pramod Sehrawat and Sapna Sehrawat from K block organised Deepdaan at her home on 12th August at 8:00 pm in the name of Lord Jagannath Ji. The handmade ‘deepak’ made of the mud brought from Vrindavan. The programme was joined by many residents.
