Evening of Lots of Fun, Laughter & Happiness

Diwali Mela was organised by RWA Sector 92, with lots of enthusiasm and hard work. The mela was held in the lawns community centre sector 92.
The residents came out in Indian traditional attire and in party mood. The decor was all colorful and vibrant with flowers and rangoli. A number of stalls were put up selling Clothes, Diya’s, handmade stationery, lamps and much more. The attraction of the paper stall was plantable crackers, which was a hit concept, where the crackers had seeds in them which were to be planted and not burst. A beautiful collection of clothes were on display and was a huge hit with the residents.
The event started in the somber evening and progressed to an exciting night. The DJ played best of the music which added to the festivities. The children were ecstatic to see the magic show which kept them engaged throughout the evening. The adults enjoyed the rounds of Tombola and won beautiful prizes.
The delicious lip smacking food was savoured by all, all vegetarian food was spread on a platter for everyone to enjoy. The starter paneer tikka, hara bhara kabab, spring rolls was followed by full main course meal, daal paneer channa and much more, the deserts were awesome kulfi and Gulab Jammun were craved by all.
The residents made beautiful rangoli in their residence and shared the images for selecting the best from the lot.
The evening came to end with lots of fun, laughter and happiness.
