Ladies of Panchsheel Enclave had a gala time at Diwali Meet on Friday 3rd November. This time the meeting was pushed to Friday, 1st Wednesday being Karwachauth. A beautiful rangoli of flowers was created by our artistic ladies Amrit Mangal, Anuradha and Abha Gupta. It lent the entrance a mood uplift needed to welcome the decked ladies. They came in bright and sparkling colours and sparkling mood to enjoy the event at the Holiday Club. The TT Hall wore a festive look as the layout of the previous night’s function was retained by the authorities on our request. At the entrance the ladies were given a “jadoo ki jhappi” and a rose as a token of love and best wishes for a Happy and prosperous Diwali. The ladies happily adorned their hair with the rose and merrily got pictures clicked giggling and laughing. All of them looked resplendent in beautiful sarees showing off their flower adorned hair.
Everyone had a gift to carry. They were all gifted a pack of three glass oven friendly air tight boxes, which were appreciated by everyone. To add some masti, two games of bumper Tambola were played. The appetizer was warm, yumm soup. Over 100 ladies attended the Diwali meet and enjoyed a scrumptious lunch and music after Tambola. We are extremely thankful to the club authorities who look after us so well, and for all the co-operation that they extend. Hope you all had a safe and Happy Diwali.
