This was once a bench which was beautiful with its bright green paint and invited one to sit down. But now it has been replaced by stainless steel benches as the old ones are disintegrating. However it is surprising how benches supposedly built from iron, concrete and cement could go into such bad condition so easily. Is it the weather or something else?
