Disgusting Disposal into the Drain!

There is a drain running through the road. Sadly, people throw their garbage into the drain and it is always blocked and overflowing with muck. Very surprisingly, the sweepers also dispose of the road litter into the drain. When checked by a lady resident, they simply replied, ‘Aap pareshan na ho madam, ek din sab saaf ho jayega.’ ‘Woh din kab ayega?’ is what the lady wonders.
