“Dialogue With the Pet Dogs of S Block” President- SBWS!

Fed up with the disgusting attitude of some pet owners, who refuse to pick up the poop of their pets & do not put them on leash, while in the park, SBWS decided to put six banners with this sarcastic remark. Hope the errant owners would get a cue & start cleaning up. As per the various court orders, pets can be brought to the park for a healthy living but with some conditions: 1. Owners would carry pick up bags & clean up; 2. Pets must be kept on leash; 3. There is a provision to levy a fine of ¹ 500 if owners do not pick up the poo. Very few follow. MCD has made the rules but who will implement? Keeping our fingers crossed.
