In the previous edition, we had written about this liquor shop coming up in A block Sushant Lok-1 vicinity near IFFCO metro station on the main road crossing. Residents had requested the Deputy Commissioner to visit the site in question and see what kind of crowd was already visiting the place and drinking in open areas around it.
The liquor shop poses serious safety concerns for residents nearby. It has become a nightmare to walk past the place especially ladies at night without being looked at and troubled. There is a school next to it where young India studies for a bright future. He took account of the same and especially the traffic block it creates on the one-way road towards Galleria.
We expect a positive response from him to close this nuisance for us from the colony.
