Def Col Is Vulnerable to Petty Thefts at All Times

Due to non-closure of colony gates, anyone can enter the colony as per their will to steal items kept in the open. The garden pipes, sewer covers, AC coils, chairs, pots, toys, water meters etc are stolen quite frequently. Due to commercialisation of colony, we get more than 5000 visitors, couriers, repair persons, staff etc who may come to any house during the day. As most of the offices are open, the houses remain locked for the day and its quite easy to enter any house on pretext of vendor, courier etc. We once again request to the RWA’s to plan to close colony gates even during the day time to provide safety and security to the residents.
