A very offensive smell is emanating from the broken tiles in the side lane of Evergreen Sweet shop, on market plaza. This is probably due to the drain running along the side of the shop which happens to be a storm water drain. The drain is mostly covered and as such regular desilting has not been possible. However the lack of cleaning is resulting in blockages as also this foul smell. We hope action will be taken to rectify the same before the plaza starts stinking unbearably.
