Rresident interaction with Addl DCP Ankit Chauhan and his team Arun Chauhan and SHO Defence Colony Chander Shekhar was organized by the RWA at the C block Club on Sunday, 23 July at 5pm. The meeting was presided by Brig Deepak Kapur (Chairman Security DCWA) who highlighted issues pertaining to our colony regarding Pubs, illegal commercialisation, patrolling, parking, Traffic management opening of the police booth on the bridge and builder menace in the colony. He also appreciated the support of our SHO Chander Shekhar.
Colony residents were given a great opportunity to interact with the senior officials and air their grievances and discuss all the relevant issues pertaining to security, traffic etc with the Senior officials, all of which were well answered and duly noted to their satisfaction.
Happy to say the meet was well attended with active participation by the residents in good numbers and did not let the Colony down. A very special thanks also to the SHO Chander Shekhar for his initiative in organizing the function.
