Weekend Tambola: JCO Tambola has picked up its pace due to much better weather and interesting games planned by the Tambola team every week. The members start reaching JCO club much before 6 PM and are seen enjoying the game of Housie with their friends and family. The food and snack options add flavour to the overall enjoyment as the players can be seen using the breaks for food options of their choice.
Teej celebrated: The annual festival of Teej was celebrated with full energy due to a tailor-made program announced by the entertainment team of JCO. The registrations started a week before to ensure all the necessary arrangements are made for maximum entertainment of the guests. The venue was well decorated with vibrant colours and ladies were dressed in the traditional saris and suits. The Mehandi, games, music and dance were all enjoyed by all the participants for 3-4 hours. The food was sumptuous followed by some shopping by the ladies.
Sports: The sports activities were in full flow as the kids are now seen all over the JCO club playing football, cricket, Table tennis, Badminton. The energy is adding each day due to proper coaching and guidance by the trained coaches to create new sportspersons from Defence colony.
Dental Camp: A free dental camp was organised by the JCO club to provide free consultation for dental related issues. As the dental issues are observed in most of the residents, it was nice to see more than 100 residents utilising this opportunity.
Musical Evenings on Wednesdays: The JCO club’s musical evening on Wednesdays are now quite regular and popular with the members. The Bar is jam-packed with the music lovers who look forward for a mid-week fun event with their family and friends. The Club committee plan for few attractive offers on drinks and food to ensure all members can have one extra drink for the evening. Compiled by Ajay Kumar
