DCA’s Elections
As per the plan the A block elections were smoothly executed and new EC led by its new President Vijay Kumar has taken over to continue the support to the A block residents. The Elections this time were quite popular as there were a record number of candidates for the EC as well as other officer bearer positions. The campaigning was done by all the candidates to get maximum votes. The following were elected as office bearers for DCA’s A block association. President – Vijay Kumar; Vice-President – Ashok Malhotra; HGS- Col N.K. Malhotra; HJS- Aarti Chaudhary and Capt. Archana; Hon. Treasurer – Praveen Gupta. The A block resident have very high expectations from the new team to streamline the security, sanitation, street lighting, roads, sewers etc. We at Samvada wish the new team all the best.
JCO Tambola
The JCO Tambola keeps adding the excitement for the residents with new games and lots of fun. The number of players is increasing with each passing week. The Tambola team keep planning for delicious food options for the players to keep them busy during the breaks. The new themes were Republic Day, Lohri which were appreciated by all the residents.
Cleaning of Back Lanes
The EC has planned to get all the service lanes cleaned in February. The team has deputed few people to make a list of dirty back lanes and will coordinate with the MCD councillor to get them cleaned in a systematic manner.
