Day of Joy and Creativity: Celebrating Children’s Day

On 15 November our society, Eldeco Utopia, came together to celebrate Child-ren’s Day in a vibrant and engaging manner. This year, the event was organized entirely in-house, showcasing the creativity and enthusiasm of our young ones. The Card Room served as the venue, beautifully decorated with colourful balloons that added a festive atmosphere. Registrations opened for stalls featuring games and non-fire cooking, where children were encouraged to think of their own games and recipes to offer. Soon, names were submitted for exciting games like Lucky 7, Blow the Candles, Bindi the Face, Dart Game etc. In addition to the games, the chef stalls showcased the culinary talents of our young bakers. Children came up with delicious varieties of cookies and cakes. Our youngest chef Aveer, just 4 years old, who expertly made cotton candy with the help of his mother was one of the highlights of the event. All the children manning the stalls were ready with their QR scan codes to facilitate easy transactions, making the experience smooth and modern.

A delightful addition to the celebration was the presence of a tattoo artist, providing whimsical designs that delighted children and adults alike.

The Community Art Program emerged as the standout feature of the event, led by Shivani, our talented art teacher. Children of all ages gathered to unleash their creativity through painting under her guidance. And Ta Da… a masterpiece was created collectively with the finishing touches by Shivani, Nadia, Arushi and few more.

Watching the little ones engage in these activities was a joy, as they embraced the spirit of the day with enthusiasm and creativity. It was heartwarming to see our children take the lead and engage with the community, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Thank you to all the parents, volunteers (Nupur Awasthi, Rani Mishra, Shivani Sharma), and especially our wonderful children for making this celebration so special!
