It runs its income generation program sapno ki sawari, whereby it provides financial support to women to buy and drive their own E-Rickshaw. For semi-literate women, it gives them an opportunity to be self -employed and have time -flexibility with young children at home. On an average, they are able to earn Rs. 800 and more per day. This has paved the way for women, to be present in the male dominated field. Also, the ownership of E-Rickshaw gives them, a higher sense of worth and confidence to deal with challenges of life. In last two years of its inception in July 2021, it has supported 180 Women E-Rickshaw Drivers and counting. For a limited period, it also had extended a helping hand to 625 Non – Driver Women E-Rickshaw Owners to earn passive income 200 -Needy Male E-Rickshaw Drivers.
