It was once again a beautiful and fun-filled evening for Regency Park 2 on 1st Oct 2022 during Navratri. Residents gathered in large numbers to join in the fun, food and danced to Dandiya music. The evening started with prayers and invocation to the goddess. Soon after, once the DJ raised the tempo one could not stop from moving to the beat. I personally have not danced as much as i did on that evening.
Young kids from ages 4-5 yrs old & 8-10 yr olds presented their choreographed pieces. Ladies also presented a wonderful dandiya sequence which really set the tone for rest of the evening. Kudos to our resident Rajani Kowshik to have choreographed all the dances.
The Dandiya evening brought in the much needed energy and enthusiasm among the residents and set the stage for the upcoming festival season.
