Ladies Club Christmas Lunch
Christmas was a great event for the Sushant Lok ladies group, we all gathered in the lovely sun on the 19th Dec 11am-1 pm in our usual park. The theme was red and green and there were some very interesting games along with Tambola being organized by the core group.
There were snacks and tomato soup to start with and we organized a live counter of hot Chana Bhatura with condiments and mixed veg Pulao made by me. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly wrapping up with cakes, rasgullas and sweets.
Music and dance were part of the entire event and while the ladies were dancing, our Bhature Wala asked if he could navigate us to a group dance and we needed to follow his instructions.
We did that and what a fabulous time we all had together. It was unimaginable to think that a Bhature Wala could make us dance to his tune! He said, bhatura kha liya ab chaliye isko digest karate hai!
This Christmas was the last event of the year and we wrapped up the year with all the leftover funds from the Dandiya being used here.
Ladies club now will start afresh from the January Lohri celebrations on the 12th with a more cohesive group of ladies who will be paying once a year for all 12 meetings and get a month’s discount on the amount.
We have collected from 70 ladies and have closed the bookings for now as it will not be possible to service more than this number.
Cheers to the new group “Glow Club” with 70 women looking forward to a great eventful year ahead.
