A new attraction in the colony is the renovated D-3&4 market area (LSC—Local shopping complex). The attached picture says it all. It has given a new life to a rather dull looking place! Credit largely goes to Mr Sudhir Mehta, Chief Engineer MCD, who is also an honourable resident of our colony, for his personal efforts in taking up this project. This is an example of efforts put in by a resourceful resident which is an inspiration for all. A total of approximately 30 Lakhs have been spent on the redevelopment.
