Republic Day celebrations in Exclusive floors saw a lot of participation from the residents. The event was organised at the entry point of the society where the flag was unfurled by EFOS President Shashi Prasad followed by a parade by our security personnel. After this was a welcome note by young Paavni, who also hosted the entire afternoon and an address by Mr Prasad.
The cultural program started with a song by our nightingale Mona Mathur who sang “ae mere vatan ke logo”, our National anthem sung by 3.5 Year old Adhrit, a tabla performance by 7 year old Riaan and S.C Sharma recited patriotic poem Ye Desh apna chaman hain, kushal isse tum rakhna.
These performances were followed a Kathak Performance by Gunk Sharma, a bhajan ‘Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram’ sung by 7 year old Shanaya, a performance on the keyboard by Rajvi Kashyap.
Anil Goswami’s inspirational story motivated children to be in company of good people as it influences their personality. Host Paavani also narrated a kissa which inspires all of us to follow Desh Bhakti on all 365 days and not just on Republic Day and Independence Day.
