Conjunctivitis or Pink Eye has been spreading around for a few weeks now. It is an eye infection that leads to redness and irritation in and around the eye. It spreads by skin-to-skin contact or by touching a contaminated surface. Precautions needed for the same are: Wash your hands before and after touching your eyes or face. The flu is self-diagnosable. Treatment includes cold compress or intake of eye drops as per the doctor’s prescriptions.
